This is the amount of heat a gas stove or fire can produce per hour expressed in Kilowatts (kW). As a rough guide 2 kWs is equivalent to the heat output of one double radiator.

 

 

If your house is not connected to mains natural gas, then it's still possible to have a gas fire or stove installed by using liquid petroleum gas (LPG) in a bottle or tank.
